You can get started with Lyca Mobile by following these easy steps:

• Register your SIM card online at https://prepay.lycamobile.de/en/ or visit one of our distributors.
• Insert the Lyca Mobile SIM card into your cell phone.
• Turn on your cell phone.
• You can now call, text & surf.

You can check your balance at anytime.

To check your balance using your Lyca Mobile in Spain, either:
Enter *131# (or 94#), press send, and your balance will be shown on your mobile phone screen; or
Dial 321 (or 95#) and listen to your balance

To listen to your balance while you are abroad:

Dial +4915211000321 and follow the instructions.

Your Lyca Mobile Voicemail service has been automatically activated, using your Lyca Mobile voicemail, you can:

Listen to messages left for you
Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you
Personalise your voicemail settings
Select your preferred language
Set your voicemail access code to access voicemail from other phones.

To access your voicemail from your Lyca Mobile in Spain

Dial 121 (or 91#).

Using Voicemail from another phone or when you are abroad

You can check your voicemail from another phone in Spain or when abroad. Simply use your Lyca Mobile to call the voicemail menu and follow the instructions to set up a voicemail access code.

To access your voicemail from another phone or from abroad:

Dial +4915211000121.
Follow the instructions to enter your Lyca Mobile number
Follow the instructions to enter your voicemail access code.

To deactivate your voicemail number:

Dial *187# and follow the instructions that appear on screen

You can select the language to be used for your Lyca Mobile Voicemail and Top up service. To select your preferred language:

Dial 321 (or 92#)
Select the ‘Settings’ menu.
Select the ‘Change Language’ option.
Select your preferred language

You can view your Lyca Mobile number on your mobile screen. To have your Lyca Mobile number displayed:

Dial *132# or (97#).

You can use your Lyca Mobile to make and receive calls and SMS in a large number of other countries
